From Entry to Discharge — Kalkaal Hospital ensures a clear, compassionate, and professional care journey.

  • 1. Arrival & Registration

    Patients arrive at the Outpatient Department or arrive via emergency. Basic info is captured. Emergency cases are triaged immediately.

  • 2. Medical Evaluation & Admission Decision

    Seen by specialists. Diagnosed, stabilized, and guided to outpatient care, procedure scheduling, or inpatient admission if needed.

  • 3. Diagnostics & Investigations

    Lab tests(Blood, Urine, Stool, etc.), imaging (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound), and assessments are performed. Results guide further decisions.

  • 4. Treatment & Care

    Includes medications, surgeries, physiotherapy, counseling, and specialized care from a multidisciplinary team.

  • 5. Inpatient Monitoring

    Patients in wards or ICU are monitored and cared for by nurses and doctors through daily ward routine rounds.

  • 6. Discharge Planning

    Stable patients are discharged with summaries, prescriptions, and home-care instructions.

  • 7. Billing & Clearance

    Billing is finalized. Insurance is reconciled. Outstanding balances are cleared.

  • 8. Follow-up & Support

    Post-discharge check-ups and long-term care plans are provided to ensure recovery and well-being.

Visiting Hours

We prioritize your comfort and safety. Our visiting hours are designed to ensure a peaceful environment for both patients and visitors.

 
General Visiting Hours:

ICU/HDU: Restricted to immediate family with permission.

Limit: 2 visitors per patient at a time.

  • Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Children Under 12: Not allowed unless medically justified.

Health & Safety: Visitors must wear masks, sanitize, and avoid visiting when sick.
